VPN Service – End User License Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use the VPN application and associated services provided by Tille Group UAB. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

License Scope
Tille Group UAB provides you with a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to install and use the VPN application on your devices for private or internal company use only.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the VPN software—including enhancements, patches, or modifications—remain fully owned by Tille Group UAB or its licensors. No ownership is conferred through this Agreement.
Usage Limitations
You are prohibited from replicating, altering, decompiling, disassembling, or building upon the software. It is not permitted to lease, lend, resell, or sublicense the software without prior written authorization from Tille Group UAB.
Termination Clause
This license remains in effect until revoked. Violation of any provision will result in immediate termination without prior notification. Upon termination, you must discontinue use and permanently remove all copies of the software from your systems.
Disclaimer
The VPN software is delivered “as is” with no express or implied guarantees. Tille Group UAB specifically disclaims warranties of merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.
Liability Limitation
Under no circumstances will Tille Group UAB be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use—or inability to use—the software, even if such damages were foreseeable.
Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and will be construed according to the laws of Lithuania.
